<p>After upgrading from 1.4 installation to 1.6 both Last.FM plugins were enabled by default after upgrade.</p><p><br /></p><p>Both plugins should be disabled after clean install or upgrade since they require configuration.</p><p>Need to test both scenarios after fix:</p><p>1. Clean install</p><p>2. Upgrade&nbsp;(only if plugins were not previously installed &amp; enabled)</p><p><br /></p>
