Start .bdmv files in a standalone folder lead to MP crash.

    Description

      <p>Create a folder : TESTBD -&gt; copy only .bdmv on it (for ex : Index.bdmv and MovieObject.bdmv)</p><p>Start&nbsp;MovieObject.bdmv -&gt; select Menu -&gt; MP crash when try to open the file in :</p><p>hr = _ireader.Start(); from method 'protected bool GetInterfaces(string filename, int titleBD)' from \mediaportal\Core\Player\BDPlayer.cs.</p><p>The crash seems to come from C++ filter (BDReader.ax)</p>
