Description

The PowerScheduler configuration tab in TV-Server Configuration shows the current sleep/wakeup status which is done by a background thread (RefreshStatusThread). This thread is started when the setup for PowerScheduler is initialized, which happens on start of the TV Service or when the PowerScheduler plugin is enabled in TV-Server Configuration. Since the start of the thread takes some time, the TV-Server Configuration seems to be blocked for some seconds when clicking the checkbox to activate PowerScheduler.

The bug fix postpones the start of the thread until the settings for the PowerScheduler plugin are loaded. Thus the user has the impression that the TV-Server Configuration is fully responsive, since the child entry for "PowerScheduler" in the "Plugins" section is created immediately without delay (the thread is started later).
