<div>When a TVService plugin is activated or deactivated in the TV Server Configuration (TVSetup.exe) the TVService is not restarted and the plugin is not started.The activated plugin will be started not before the next restart of the TVServer but will show up as if it would be active in the TV Server Configuration. The same counts for plugin deactivation - the plugin will keep running until the next TVServer restart.</div>
