TitanEditor causes Config to crash when Moving Pictures is not installed

    Description

      <p>When you try to open the TitanEditor from inside the Configuration &gt; Plugins section, it throws a Cornerstone (Moving Pictures) error. After clicking 'OK' Config simply crashes. The TitanEditor shortcut on desktop does work.</p><p>Reported/Confirmed by michael_t also</p>
