Description
Actually and depend on how is plugged monitor, the Internal Dynamic Refresh Rate didn't work at 100%.
That mean user need to use third party program to change refresh rate.
Now, the monitor set in MP Configuration is parse to C++ part to be able to display the correct Hz of monitor.
The Win7 API code for refresh rate is not used anymore like Win32 was adapted to work on Win7/Win8.
