If you disable the TVServer detected cards they still show in the manual control section of TVServer and the TV card assignment lists etc.

h4. Steps to Reproduce
Choose a server with more than 1x TV card installed
Uncheck the box to use it then switch to manual control - the card is still listed.
Also look at TV Channel assignments to TV Cards.
