The ability to set the audio stream for recording tv programs either manually or scheduled would be a great feature.
Currently when recording you mux all streams into the MPG file however on playback you cannot choose the stream and as far as i know this is not easily achieveable due to mpeg-2 demux limitations.
This would get around the issue by just muxing the prefered language or stream quality.

Note: The Elecard demuxer will demux two streams if present however it will play them back simultaneously.

The alternatively if recording DVB/ATSC then record as a transport stream with all the audio streams muxed then TSFileSource could probably be used and manipulated to choose the stream required for playback within MP's GUI.

Either way a prefered language and format type for recording / playback should be considered.

A temporary fix has been applied.
Only 1 audio stream is now recorded.
When MP supports switching multiple audio streams for mpeg-2
we can rethink about this.
