Subtitle timestamps are incorrectly calculated for non-zero start time based .ts files.

h4. Steps to Reproduce
1) record .ts file with subtitles
2) cut 1 minute from the beginning of the file
3) play the cutted file

as a result subtitles are 1 minute late.
