You can test with success the database connection with ip 127.0.0.1 or name localhost but you cannot save.

Those values should be blacklisted for the test button to make it clear.

Run SetupTv
Specifiy all database properties using 127.0.0.1 or localhost
Hit test
If successfull, try to hit save
