If u have 2 cards working on a tvserver setup.
Both PCI cards.

Now remove one of the two cards.
Restart server-
When running tvsetup, tvservice is started, but it hangs with 100% cpu usage.

It never recovers.

If u delete the card from the card table then all is good.
Or if u re-insert the card.

We have the possibility to temporarily "disable" a card when it's not detected.
This should be done here in this case.

Look at the cards section in tvsetup.
the last column reads "init"..this should be false for these undetected cards.
