    Description

      If the TV-Server/Service is not active, the client is freezeing on startup.

      h4. Steps to Reproduce
      1. stop TV-Service
      2. start MediaPortal
      3. no gui is show
      4. not reacting to any keystrokes
      5. ALT+F4 to kill MediaPortal process
