Start of timeshift buffer occurs when switching channels with different video format types H.264->MPEG2->H.264.

h4. Steps to Reproduce
Tune 1x HD H.264 channel & 1x SD MPEG-2 channel. (TV Server)
Start MP with TVServer client installed
Stat MyTV on the H.264 HD channel
Switch to the MPEG-2 channel let it run for 30secs or more
Switch back to the H.264 HD channel - viewing is at the start of the timeshift buffer when you first started TV.
