Clicking OK does nothing if the TV Server service is stopped

    Description

      If the TV Server service is stopped clicking the OK does not exit the app.
      You have to close the window manually using the close X in the top right-hand corner.

      h4. Steps to Reproduce
      Stop the TV Server service in SetupTV
      Click OK
