Setting up the DB connection the "test" button might be disabled after first try not allowing further connection tests.
Starting SetupTV to reconfigure the connection you cannot add another DB as the save button is disabled without successful testing.

h4. Steps to Reproduce
I:
1. On DB setup enter [localhost for server | no user | no password | no db name]
2. Click "test" -> button gets disabled
3. attempt fails -> button is not re-enabled

II:
1. Launch SetupTv.exe /c
2. Enter a new schema name
3. Save is not enabled since you didn't test
4. Test fails since new DB is not yet created
