When installing fresh & on enabling PS in TV Setup the default value for Check Interval it's 0 which cause an exceptions when running. Default value should be 60 sec.
Other default values in the advanced settings should also be 60 sec & not 0, like Pre-wakeup time in sec & Pre-no shutdown time.



h4. Steps to Reproduce
Start TV-Server Configuration -> Plugins & enable Power Scheduler -> Configure Power Scheduler -> Advanced, there you can see that those default values it's 0.
