    Description

      when opening MY TV view (with TVE3 plugin enabled) we should
      1) check always for TsReader
      2) if subs are configured then do the same for the DVBsub2.ax


      h4. Steps to Reproduce
      Use RC1 installer and then try TV On. If installer managed to register tsreader.ax then all is peachy, otherwise you just get unable to start graph.
