If the TVPlugin connection cannot be made to the TVServer then either Config or MP does not close properly.
For some reason the process stays open and never closes unless you do it manually.

h4. Steps to Reproduce
1. Install TVClient Client
2. Run MP Configuration
3. Configure the TVClient plugin to point to a TVServer which is not valid or not currently running.
4. Close MP Configuration.
5. Go to task manager - the Configuration.exe process is still running
6. Kill the process
7. Start MediaPortal
8. Exit MediaPortal after 30secs
9. Go to task manager - the MediaPortal.exe process is still running
