In current SVN, all RTSP streams which are created from an mpg file
x either MyTV -> TV-Streams -> play a in progress scheduled recording
x or MyTV -> recordings -> play any recorded mpg file
are unwatchable because of extreme stuttering audio and video.

But when you connect to the same stream with VLC, it plays fine.

Different codecs have been tested. no change.

h4. Steps to Reproduce
Steps to reproduce:
- recording format mpg
- a scheduled recording has to be in progress
- tested with dvb, no clue how analog behaves

1.start MediaPortal -> enter MyTV
2.go TV-Streams -> select the in progress scheduled recording
3.MyTV goes fullscreen and video/audio shows extreme stuttering
4.connect to the same stream with VLC -> plays very smooth
