Possibility to mix CI and MDAPI on the same card.

In some country (Italy) we have a free card from our national providers for accessing HotBird channels and of course Sky.

Ex : MDAPI only for Sky and CI for TvSat group.



h4. Additional Information
In MDAPICards.xml we have now : Provider="All" -> That means, mdapi will use for all provider.
So we we want to use mdapi only an a specific provider, we just have to take the provider id from MDAPIProvID.xml.

For :
    <provider ID="199424" />
    <provider ID="206896" />
    <provider ID="275200" />
If we want to use mdapi for provider '199424' in MDAPICards.xml
we have to fill : Provider="199424"
