Right now we have one "export" and one "import" button inside the TV-Server Configuration/Channels Section.
Now this creates the impression that all it does is to export the TV-Channels.

As we all know, it does much more.

This is why i would like to propose to remove these buttons there and add a new "export/import" section to the TV-Server Configuration.
Inside this new section, the user should then be allowed to select "what" he wants to export exactly.

    * TV-Channels+Groups
    * Radio Stations
    * Recording Schedules
    * more?

The import should then also allow the user to select which informations he wants to import.
i.e. just import the recording schedules from a "complete" export.
