I really really like to have a black screen just after channel change, instead of a frozen picture. This would look much more stable and the felt switching times would be less I think.

Ive implemented this is graphicsguicontext (RenderBlackScreen boolean)
the planescene class will obey this setting and render a black screen when needed.
tvplugin signals that it wants a black screen on channel changes and again clears it when its done.

a small change, no risk imho.
