All CAM messages, like "You don't have a valid subscription for this channel" should be available always.
To achive this we have to start the CI threading when TV starts. If it's fullscreen we already have the context menu for CI submenu, when in windowed mode we should add 1 more choice in the left for CI menu like we do for TeleText.

When channel fails we shoulda blue screen ( with or without a "MP" logo/label in it, skinnable anyway ) and if we have a reason from CAM (like the one above ) we trigger TVOSD with that info. If no info available we just write in the TvOSD the message we have usually: "Channel is scrambled".

Once the message, whatever it is is confirmed/consumed, then we stay there and allow ch+/- to move away to another channel, like happens on standard TV sets and receivers.
