Description
This Problem mainly occurs, when using the "Restart on S3 resume" Option or/and "Show last active module".
The only way to get it to run again is to restart MP when the LAN connection is available again.
I discovered it, because, for whatever reason, the onboard LAN of my HTPC doesn't get a connection instantly. That maybe is a special case, but you can get the same problem, when you use WLAN.
I think the TV-Plugin should try to reconnect by itself.
h4. Steps to Reproduce
1. Put PC in S3 standby
2. Disconnect the LAN cable
3. Wake it up
