After the channel zapping improvements and seeking fixes to TsReader DVB subtitles aren't anymore displayed at the correct time.

Subtitles are shown approx 0.5 s late (althou this depends on the stream itself and how the timestamps are set for the subtitles).

h4. Steps to Reproduce
1) Open a .ts file with DVB bitmap subtitles in MediaPortal
2) Open same video clip into VLC
3) Play both files simultaneous (make sure that audio is prefectly synced between two applications)

Subtitles should be shown exactly on the same monent on both aplications (this has been the case previously).
