The logic to prevent duplicate recordings based on series / episode info is the wrong way round. The final step in the duplicate logic is meant to check if the recorded episode failed and if so restart it. This however has the logic the wrong way around and it is identifying a duplicate recording as a previously failed one and a failed one as a duplicate
