we need to add a new boolean (bit) field to the "card" table called "CAM".

values;
1: CAM enabled
0: CAM disabled/not present etc.

this is should be toggleable inside the edit card section within setuptv.

ALL USERS SHOULD NOW EXAMINE THIS OPTION.
DEFAULT IS OFF / NO CAM.

also CAM decrypt limit will be disabled if CAM is disabled :)
