Tvguide overlay/transparent will not go away when the user has caused any dialogue to appear on top of it.

h4. Steps to Reproduce
start TV.
goto fullscreen
F9
Choose TVguide.
Hit "r"
the "record current programme" dialogue appears.
Now hit "esc" - the rec. dialogue disappears.
Now tvguide is once again visible.

but hitting "esc" does not make it go away now.

I guess it is a problem in mediaportal core.
