I often see a problem in the logs where it is indicated that one or more subchannels are still active even though the card is 100% idle.

This will cause these problems;
CAM limit algo. will give the wrong result.
Graph is still running on those "dead" channel(s), causing cpu usage, tuner power consumption etc.

So we have a situation where a subchannel is not properly removed.

misterd also have knowledge of this issue.

When a card is 100% stopped the log should read;
