Episode numbers for series are increased by one for both xmltv_ns and onscreen episode numbers on xmltv import. This should only happen for xmltv_ns episode numbers according to the standards.

import a tvguide.xml with onscreen episode numbers and notice the imported numbers will be increased by one.
