The TV Setup tool can export and import channels, channel groups and schedules. This change adds another option to export / import the TV Server settings, so you do not have to set them manually when cloning or freshly installing a TV Server setup. Also export / import for all card settings (recording path, timeshift path, priority, preload, ...) is done now and the TvController is restarted after import.
