HD sized DVB subtitles are causing a crash

    Description

      Currently DVBSub2.ax is not handling other than PAL sized subtitles. Bigger than those are causing a crash inside the subtitle decoder.

      To fix this subtitle decoder needs to be extended to support dynamic subtitle bitmap sizes.
