When an external process is started by TV-Server or by a plugin, like comskip, it may happen that the process hang in the UAC request of execution.

This happens because admin rights are not "passed" to the child process.


h4. Steps to Reproduce
- install comskip
- run it once, you are asked if you really want to run it and you can untick the ask again prompt. Don't do and just cancel execution
- enable and configure comskip plugin
- start a manual recording
- stop recording

now MP is hang comletly and you need task manager to kill it
