The OSD in fullscreen MyVideos is displayed really bad. VMR9 is OK. Also the FPS drop to 8, when in fullscreen and using overlay.

To reproduce:
 * Make sure Overlay is selected
 * Start MP
 * Goto MyMovies and start a movie
 * Show the OSD with Y
 * The OSD will flicker, but not as it used to. Normally you would see the OSD most of the time and a very short flicker. Now it is the other way around. You see the OSD very short and the "flicker" takes very long. Also a part of the background is missing (MCE)

Also tested with Metal.
