By now the user can already choose to update the included satellite files in SetupTv. To consider changes in satellite positions this function should be extended to also update the satellite.xml file itself.

Looking at the code we can confirm that only the single satellite files are updated and not satellites.xml itself.

So for a 1.3.1/1.4.0 release we should rework this area to update satellites.xml as well.


h4. Steps to Reproduce
Go to setupTV.exe in DVB-s Section (and hit 'Update satellite list') (see screenshot)

It will update only satellite stored in local but not new satellite.
