Recording thumbnails do not work for .ts format

    Description

      Since the introduction of the .ts format the creation of video preview thumbnails in RecordedTv has been broken.

      h4. Additional Information
      One solution would be to use a DShow based .NET3 approach.
      The other is calling an external app like ffmpeg to create those thumbs.
