If can happen that with two card of the same type, you rec a channel and timeshift another. When you stop liveTV, ts file is still written to and obviously is locked. Only solution is stop/start TvService

h4. Steps to Reproduce
- two cards fo the same type ( tested here with DVB-T )
- tune ch1
- rec ch1
- tune ch2 (different tp so card is changed)
- return to ch1 ( still rec, card changed back to card1)
- return to ch2 ( still timeshifting, card changed back to card2)
- stop recording
- stop liveTV
- exit MP

Take a closer look to timeshifting directory and ts file handles
( you cannot for example delete it )
