On some cases HTPC can suspend/hibernate during use.

Randomly the connection between PS client & server plugins is failing with following exception "Net.Sockets.SocketException". This is the cause for the issue.

h4. Steps to Reproduce
1) enable "restart MediaPortal on resume" option
2) let MP suspend/hibernate
3) resume HTPC from S3/S4 state
4) continue using MP (last.fm radio / DVD / live tv etc.)

User action is interrupted on random basis when TVE3 hibernates/suspends.
