h264 recorded clips (ts files) do not start up at all when using recordedTV on a RTSP connection.

h4. Steps to Reproduce
download the h264 clips from FTP;

/Members/gibman/h264 hw accel problems/

import them to recorded tv, using setuptv on server.
start a multiseat client.
Start playback of any of the 2 clips.
==> black screen. no cpu usage, no network usage.
The file is not being processed at all it seems.

If I avoid using RTSP on the multiseat client it all works again.
Leads me to think it could be tsreader related.

in mediaportal.xml -.-u can avoid RTSP for testing by finding this key.
