When scheduling the xmltv importer plugin to remotely download a file (xml or zip), it would only do this if the server is fully awake.

It would not wake up the system from standby, which is wrong.

Now it supports ZIP files as well.

Although once awake it does not prevent the server from again going to sleep.
So if the download/xml parsing session takes more than the idle time defined in the PS plugin, then it can go to sleep while parsing XML.

A smaller issue, since downloading + parsing xml tv guide shouldnt take that long.
