On xvid/divx sample stats was not working correctly and start to stutter after few minutes.
It didn't happen on previous dshowhelper, it happen on master one.

Play a 24 Hz xvid/divx sample. It may stutter or stop if display is also set to 24 Hz.

In a recent dshowhelper update to add support for on-the-fly display refresh rate changes, a small part of the code port from v0092 dev version was missed. This resulted in the 'm_DetectedFrameTime' variable not being set to the correct value, and caused the presentation scheduler logic to have incorrect target times in some circumstances.
