A single tuner can't be used to view/record multiple ATSC/QAM channels on a single transponder. This is because the IsDifferentTransponder() function for ATSCChannel incorrectly includes the minor channel number. It should only include the frequency (for QAM channels) and the physical channel (for ATSC channels).

1. Tune any channel with an ATSC or QAM tuner.
2. Attempt to view or record a second channel from the same mux with the same tuner.
