    Description

      The WinTV CI when used with TVServer randomly crashes & requires a computer reastart before the grpah will rebuild. The device gets into a locked state & cannot be used by other applications also.

      h4. Steps to Reproduce
      Use TVServer with WinTV-CI
      Randomly change channels on encrypted & unencrypted channels.
