    Description

      Update TsReader.ax code to include bug fixes and updates already tested in the experimental 'noStopMod70' version - see http://forum.team-mediaportal.com/threads/experimental-tsreader-development.102693/#post-811296 - plus fix for Mantis 4252.

      This includes fixes for Mantis 4252, 4269, 4270 and 4341, conversion to async logging (derived from dshowhelper code).
