FM radio channels are detected as having video. This results in unusual behaviour when changing between FM channels:
- a black video preview window is visible in the bottom left hand corner of the radio plugin
- when you switch to a new FM channel from any other FM channel, the buffer start position is not correct. You hear the buffered content that you were listening to earlier until buffer playback reaches the point where you changed to the new channel.

h4. Steps to Reproduce
1. Start listening to FM radio channel A.
2. Change to another FM channel B.
(On change to channel B, you will hear the entire contents of the TS buffer, including any other channels you were previously listening to.)
