Unable to switch between hybrid card tuners more than twice if there is an analog tuner in the hybrid card. Switching to the analog tuner for the second time fails with a null reference exception because the tuner device has been disposed and set to null.

1. Tune to a channel on the analog part of your hybrid card. This should work.
2. Tune to a channel on the DVB part of your hybrid card. This should work.
3. Again, tune to a channel on the analog part of your hybrid card. This will fail with a null reference exception in the TV Server error log.
