RTSP: seeking in live TV causes subtitles to get out of synch

    Description

      using a rtsp multiseat client-
      when using skip steps ..ex -15sec, then dvb subtitles are out of synch.
      probably the same for ttxt subs.

      does not happen when using smb mode...avoiding rtsp.
