Using TV in fullscreen and doing one of the following actions would result in an exception. The enduser sees this as no action carried out.

1) when entering F9 -> program info.
2) when pressing "r" for record current program.

although it only happens when u have a channel mismatch somehow.

The channel was looked up based on the channel name instead of channel id, which is a more safe way to get the correct channel.
