When removing a group directly after adding it does not really remove the group. The group is still available on the Map Channels tab.

* Start Configuration
* Goto TV >> Channel >> Groups tab
* Add a group
* Delete the group
* Go to the Map channels tab
* The group is still selectable
* Also the groups are still there after restarting configuration.exe
