Three issues in recorded TV genre, channel and date views.

1. If you have only one program with a particular genre, channel or date, the recording in the list has the genre/channel/date name, not the recording name. It should be placed in a folder with the genre/channel/date name (the same applies to 'TV channels' view).

2. If you have programs without a genre, you get a folder with no title. You cannot enter this folder. Trying to select it does nothing.

3. The genre view (and date, channel views) show radio recordings as well as TV recordings. For the recordings view these were filtered out when 'recorded radio' was added to the radio plugin.
